We’re back at Accent Cellars today to teach you about friendly yeast and bacteria that you can utilize in your home kitchen to make some tasty snacks!
If you’re a fan of kimchi, sauerkraut, or pickles and tired of being ripped off at the grocery store, you’re going to want to come hang out with us as we dive into making it the old fashioned way! We’ll be demonstrating a simple kraut recipe and we’ll have some fermented snacks to share as we talk about the tools, procedures, and wild microbes that will help turn fresh vegetables into long lasting, fridge free nutrition.
We’re trying something new this time and made starter kits available to purchase at the class so you can put what you’ve learned into practice when you get home! Also, if you’re interested in joining us and haven’t signed up through Accent Cellars you can pay for the class in person when you arrive. We’ll be set up and ready to go at 2:00 PM so come grab a glass of wine and bring a notepad because there’s going to be a lot of information coming.
